Does anybody have a good method for freezing Persimmons, mine are ripening now and would like to keep some for later

Hi Alan,

You could save them in the fridge for few weeks. If you put in the freezer they will get very soft when defrost unless you like it that way. I do that with astringent type.

Hi Tran, Thank you for your reply. When freezing do you put them in the freezer when ripe or just before, ours are astringent Dai Dai Maru. Also how do you arrange fruit in freezer? Cheers Alan
