Pittosporum near septic pipes (forum)

Hi is it safe to plant 4 Pittosporum trees around 3- 5 meters from my undergound septic tank and septic pipes and drainage field in terms of the risk of the roots doing damage , l plan to grow them 3-4 meters tall
