Linton starts with ... Hello, I'm preparing to pickle some fruit from the snowdrop tree and would like to know a simple procedure for doing it because I've never pickled anything before. The fruits taste a bit like green beans if eaten raw but they are usually eaten pickled, so I expect they should become even more appealing if prepared that way. Thanks for your suggestions.

Julie says... I have never tried pickling, but I do ferment quite a few veggies. Why not try fermenting them? It's really easy and there are a lot of articles giving instructions online. They would taste better than being pickled in vinegar, and contain healthy probiotics. Dill is often added to beans. | About the Author Julie ROLEYSTONE,6111,WA 25th February 2021 11:18am #UserID: 154 Posts: 1842 View All Julie's Edible Fruit Trees |
