Problems with tropical plants in biodome

Hi, we’re having some problems with the tropical plants in the biodome, wondering if anyone has advice?
-Wax Jambu pink -back sooty mould & new leaves are bright green
-Abui leaves/ pale & dropping
-Acerola leaves deformed and bumpy with variegated colour
-Cembedak losing leaves, leaves pale (some had mould)
-Papaya yellow spots on front of leaf, black spots opposite side.
-Mango new leaves pleas pale bright green
-Soursop leaves yellowing

Lucerne mulch was applied heavily in biscuits about 2.5 months ago

Is it possible that these plants are not getting sufficient sunlight getting through to undergo photosynthesis? The leaves looked pale in colour, when they should be dark green.
Just my opinion.
