Yes, you can buy rainbow eucalyptus in Perth W.A. There is a current Gumtree seller in East Vic Park W.A. for $10.00 each. The name of the seller is Steve.

Just double check the authenticity of the product because eucalyptus deglupta is not in W.A. Organism List meaning not permitted to import in W.A.

I've never seen them for sale, and I think you would struggle to find them.

The problem is that they are not on the WA organism list which shows what can or can't be imported. If it's not on the list that means it's automatically not allowed.

If you're keen I'd recommend asking them to put it on the list, even if they end up putting it on the prohibited list you aren't any worse off than you are now, and if they put it on the permitted list (which every other species in the Eucalyptus genus is) then you are free to buy it from Daleys or ebay.
