Satsuma and mariposa plum flower time

Hey everyone just a quick question.

I planted a satsuma and mariposa plum couple of years ago in Sydney and they have not flowered yet. I was wondering what the flowering times of these varieties are? Should I have seen something already this year for Sydney?

Three years would be adequate;poor flowering may be a sign of inadequate chill.

Thanks lenn I do hope that that is not the case. I thought I had a few more chill hours than that in my area. Although they are against a wall that gets hammered by the sun (was hoping that they would grow 2 shade the windows in summer to keep the house a bit cooler) It is the second spring/summer it's been in the ground.
