Thinking of growing 2 plum tress in pots 1x Satsuma the other to cross pollinate. Adelaide hills area but sunny spot. Or one lemon and one mandarin tree. Any suggestions.

Get a Santa Rosa for your Satsuma.
Imperial is the best mandarin, on flying dragon rootstock (dwarfing) would be best for a pot.
