shade house

    1 responses

ringelstrumpf starts with ...
torrential rain and plenty of slugs and snails. I lost plenty of herb seedlings.
I think a shade house would be the solution. Something like 4 m2.
Can someone recommend a brand which lasts long?

Do you grow in a raised bed (i.e sleepers all round) this stops the slugs and snails as they don't like climbing on the rough timber. I use a movable shade hutch. just a frame with shadeclothe on top. Bout 1 mtr high easy to move in and out
