Sick Paw Paw Tree

Hi, I planted my Paw Paws last year in Summer and they were very happy, with new growth and vitality. They did ok right through winter, but now we are into spring they're dying. Their leaves are curling and going yellow, then dying. there is new growth on them both, but the new growth is suffering the curl as well. Water has been good, its a sandy but well composted soil and everything else around it is thriving. Any ideas?

Hi Paula,
Try removing all the grass around the paw paw tree(s), give it a good dose of Dolomite, a bit of Blood & Bone, epsom salts and sulphate of potash, then apply lots of composted cow manure (moo poo is good) & mulch heavily. Give it a drink. That should fix it. Might take 10 to 20 days to take affect.
