Transplant mature lemon (forum)

Hi. We are considering moving our very mature and healthy Eureka lemon tree. It's around 5 metres tall and has a big canopy. Leaving aside the logistics (and wisdom?) of moving such a big tree, what advice do people have for preparing and transplanting this tree? Thanks
