I live in sydney.Which fruit trees grow and give fruit in a predominantly shaded area?
Are there fruit trees that can be planted together to give a hedge and hence give similar privacy as a fence?

Sidney says...
The native lilly pilly's eg Acmena and Syzygium sp.
Not very tasty fruits though,so you might not eat them very much.
They fruit in April and May,now.
Pretty pink berries contrasting against the green leaves, come eat me.
Plant sex.
Fellatio fruits.
Can you get to a library which might have a FREE 'Grow What Where' CD and/or book to borrow.
It shows native berry trees and also quick growing hedges etc etc.

Which exotic/non-native fruits grow in the shade, apart from edible bamboo shoots?
