What attacks my mango

Hi folks,
Does anyone know what happened to my mango fruit?. Is it insect bite or something more sinister.
The fruits are still very tiny, probably about 20 cent coin but most of them have the same issue.
I can't find any insects but notice some fruit flies flying around, although most of them are stuck in my bait container.
I never had this problem last year.

It kind of looks like a fruit fly sting as it is oozing and the dark discolouration could be bacterial or fungal rot. Put up some traps for the males, and spray for the females. There are products that are organically certified too.
