What to do if an orchid become withered?

Irina starts with ...
hi people!

I have an orchid and that has happened, that it withered...
And I was really upset.. because I did know what to do
I decided to replant it and give regular watering
so, now it has much more better look...

but I would like to ask you an advice on what else I can do to make it blooming

by the way, I've noticed that it has a small sprout... and I'm worry do not lose it
so, I would be glad to hear a good advice from you

Irina, you do have to keep the water up to orchids in pots because their mix is very open. Maybe some special orchid food would help it to flower also.
Most orchids grown in Southern Aus. are cymbidiums & they are pretty tough!
