Wanted to know which fruit is this and also wanted to know can I buy plant of this fruit in Australia.

I eat in Germany and liked it.

Yes, its a Quince as johnnyv says.
Its a deciduous tree, like apples and pears. The fruit are usually eaten cooked, but some can be eaten raw. How did you eat the german fruit, Jignesh.

Its also a beautiful tree, with a beautiful trunk and shady leaves.
