Whis worm is this

Hello,
I've encountered a lot of these worms of late, and I'm trying to identify them. (Purely out of interest - they seem to be doing a great job at doing "worm things"). They are quite large - pink/cream in colour, or more of a brown (as per the one in the very badly snapped pictures). The one in the photo is not a particularly large example (about 60% of the size of the larger worms) - so they can get quite big.
Thanks
