Do I need to plant two of these to get fruit, or are they self-fertile? Is the fruit any good for eating or preserves?

Mazzard are the wild cherries that sweet cherries were selectively bred from. They are variable, with small fruits which could be sweet or bitter. Don't know if they need a pollinator. It's up to you, but I wouldn't want to spend time, water and fertiliser on something which may not be very edible. Good luck!
