Yuzu starts with ... Hi we bought a Grafted Citrus Junos from Daleys and its been going great so far! Got our first group of fruit after 1.5 years in a pot. Just wondering if the marks and spots on the fruit are normal? Also will the fruit get larger, so I should leave it on the tree? Thanks!

jakfruit etiquette says... Hi, you could say that the fruit looks normal, but not perfect, there is mild pest damage, also on the leaves. If you want to use the peel grate it or cut in fine strips. Have you ever tried Japanese noodles, ie soba noodles with Dashi stock, and some fresh yuzu juice ??. The fruit wont get much bigger once yellow. The peel will loosen, maybe go orangey. The fruit dont hold on the tree for long periods if you dont pick it. Itadakimasu to you, which sort of means bon appetit. | About the Author jakfruit etiquette ,, 25th May 2020 9:11am #UserID: 5133 Posts: 915 View All jakfruit etiquette's Edible Fruit Trees |
