Basilmint bug pest - Thankyou Amanda and Charles, they are in deed the dreaded metallic flea beetles. An organic lecturer at TAFE identified it. He suggests to spray a mixture of chilli, garlic, onion, grated pure soap... for added measure, i also a a few drop of milk too... ..5215 days 13hrs
