Growing jambolan plum in pots - @Jakfruit, Yes, they are hardy plants. But its the Melbourne's climate I am worried about. I am not sure if we need some special care for them to fruit.
But the fruits are really worth the efforts, if we can somehow make it work. Its so delicious...

Growing jambolan plum in pots - I was not sure if the plant can survive Melbourne's winter. Also, will it be able to fruit in Melbourne's climate ? Summer is pretty hot here but not sure if the plant needs a humid tropical or sub tropical climate to fruit.
