Cranberry Hibiscus

A very nutritious vegetable. The young leaves have a pleasantly tart flavour, eaten either raw or cooked, they retain their colour. The leaves contain oxalic acid, and should only be eaten once a week. Unlike Aibika, it is not particularly mucilaginous.
