Also known as Wild Soursop, the fruit has lemon coloured smooth flesh. The fruit is round, with a pale green/yellow skin when ripe. Quality is inferior to the common Soursop, but its hardiness makes it useful as a rootstock and in colder regions. The skin is less spiky than that of the soursop. Much hardier than soursop tolerating temperatures down to -2 degrees, dry conditions and a wide range of soils. Will grown in full sun or part shade.
