University of Arkansas release (1987), produces large, crisp berries on medium-large conical clusters. The berries are bright red with adherent skins and a mild flavor. Vines are precocious and moderately hardy. Saturn has good storage potential and may be processed into an acceptable blending wine. They are best suited to climates with hot, dry summers, they are not well suited to humid coastal climates. Seedlessness in this variety can vary from year to year, sometimes a small number of soft small seed like structures can develop in the fruit.
