DWARF MANDARIN - DAISY

Mandarin Fruit growing on TreeBy vijay chennupati CC BY 2.0 (Photo Credits)
Botanical Name: Citrus reticulata
Description

Recently introduced variety from Californian that is showing promise over a large range of climatic regions. Large fruit size, well coloured fruit and relatively seedless. Flying Dragon modifies the top growth making this a dwarf plant that is ideal to use planted out or as a pot specimen. Trees will grow to about half the normal citrus size. Flying Dragon rootstock also adds cold hardiness and grows well in heavier soils, like Trifoliata rootstock.

Dwarf Mandarin - Daisy

Have you ever tied one of these? The taste is absolutely SUPERB! Woolworths gave tastings of them once. I have looked for them ever since! I have kept a special Info leaflet. I hoped to grow one and here they are! Thank you Daleys! | Janet Vargas - Golden Grove, SA 10-Aug-2015
