Jakfruit - Tweed Crisp

I'm originally from Sri Lanka. Jackfruit trees are tightly coupled with ancient Sri Lankan culture as it provides a complete meal (not only as a fruit). Back in Sri Lanka, my mom used to cook different curries from young jackfruit flesh and seeds.
