Avocado Pollinizer (forum)

I live in Adelaide and have a 12 foot grafted Hass avocado tree which has 36 newly formed fruit on it.
It had 30 avocados last year which all ripened and were excellent.
I think the tree could benefit from some cross pollination but I do not have room to plant a "B" type avocado tree.
If I grafted a "B" scion such as Bacon onto the existing tree, would this assist with pollinating the Hass tree?
If it is possible, and/or advisable, does anyone have any B scions that they could spare or swap for Hass scions?

You also need to select the B type avocado that flower around the same period as your HASS. I don't believe the Bacon flower the same/similar time as the HASS.

Thank you for your response - that is an extremely valid point that I didn't consider.
It appears that Zutano or Sharwil flower about the same time as the Hass.

I would go for Zutano, the guys from https://tiendadefruta.com adviced me to plant one or even graft a branch with fuerte in order to improve the pollination
It's also important to reach this stage with the best plant nutrition condition, the higher the almidon, the better the pollination
