Cherimoya tree size (forum)

I have always thought cherimoya are huge trees. Daleys says 5-8m and the photos show it to be a big bulky tree.
But the experts over at http://cherimoya.orconhosting.net.nz/600x800.html say mature trees should be kept to 2-2.5m, I guess that means the base is wider.
Anyway, now I think I am going to give it a go, Daleys unfortunately only have White available, might give FF a go.

This is a 50 year old Cherimoya, it's probably 7 or 8 meters. I've seen them about this tall in Mexico but they are usually wider than that
