jakfruit etiquette says... Daun salam, is a Syzygium, related to Australian Lilly Pilly species and the clove tree, which is also a Syzygium. It can grow big, 25m in the wild. The dried leaves are available in some Asian grocery stores. The other Bay leaf you mention is a Laurel,Laurus nobilis related to Avocado. Some Mexican Avocado types have anise scented leaves, used in cooking. | About the Author jakfruit etiquette gotham city,3000,Vic 9th June 2020 10:58pm #UserID: 5133 Posts: 915 View All jakfruit etiquette's Edible Fruit Trees |
