Chuck starts with ...
Any advice 4 treatment after fruiting ?
do you trim back or let go ?
Has 6 limbs/shoots got three fruits, tastee. Any advice on handling plant would be appreciated.

You can prune them after fruiting to keep them under control and encourage a multi-stemmed plant.

A sharp Machete does ok if you have the space to swing it and you know how to handle one skillfully.
a quallity pair of bypass secateurs or loppers are good, esp. to cut through hard inner stem and do a neater job than most people would do with a machete.
Best to cut at joints (between stems) for neatness.
