I am searching for somewhere to purchase named feijoa trees (Mammoth and Apollo in particular if possible) in Melbourne... I cant seem to find them anywhere so if anyone has ideas I would appreciate it!!

(I have heard I can get them sent from SA but really would prefer to get them more locally if I can). :-)

Hi Roadee, Daleys Online Nursery, our host for this site, sells the varieties you want. They also have 25% off their freight charges this month. Click "Shop" at top left corner or go to this link:

Hi MaryT, Thanks for that, but they cannot ship to VIC 'due to quarantine regulations in Vic'. Have tried that already :-(

Tempted to resort to poaching bits of branch from other trees around here and having a go at growing them, but I am hopeless at growing anything so I don't hold out much hope for success.

Have you tried: 1) Gardenworld (Keysborough) or 2) Morrisons Bros nursery ( Doncaster).
No online business but both have a large range of fruit trees and are worth a visit.

Thanks GardeningAustraliaWannabe!

I have called both, they both have the generic type so I will buy a tree from each in the hope that I can get them to fruit nicely. :-)
