Sorry, it probably a FAQ but I cannot find the answer, I just bought "Orange - Washington Navel" but not sure how to take care of it, like how frequently I should water it and how frequently I should fertilize it?

I'm surprised you can't find an answer. There are literally hundreds of sites on Google with citrus information. Just be sure to search for an Australian one. The Ag departments in each state have a lot of information.

Is it in ground or in a pot ?? Or still in the nursery bag ??
Overall Citrus like to be frequently watered, but hate water logging/overwatering. This can be somewhat helped by soil type or pot mix which takes up water but drains well. Watering should be less over winter.
Tall pots will drain better than shallow pots of the same pot mix. Fertilising should be lower amount but more frequently, say monthly, rather than all at once. This is important for young trees, but can be adjusted for older trees.

Thanks a lot, I plant it in the ground already. If water every 2 days sound ok? Or need everyday water it? I think the drains should be good for the soil at at backyard

And yes will do fertilising monthly as suggested

Fertilising monthly is more suitable for fruit trees in pots rather than in the ground.

The watering depends on the weather.
I would be watering more in summer, daily or every 2 days.
In winter not that much.
Also is the plant established with roots well into the ground, or just planted.
If just planted, it might need a little extra water until the roots grow down. You don't want to over do it either, and cause soggy soil and root damage.
