There are other similar shaped, not as long. My friend gave me some black ones,
but they tasted same as Hass, so I didnt worry about them too much.
I think an Avo called Guatemalan was also similar.

How's the yield each year? I imagine it might lower than hass/lamb hass/reed.

Hi Marmot, have you tried contacing the NSW DPI, Dept Ag research stations, ie Alstonville, Dareton NSW, others to see if they supply graftwood. The Guatemalan was seen years ago, but possibly from Dareton. Also QLD DPI researched Avocados.
