wazzamcg says... They sure will, in fact I have a dwarf Washington Navel and a dwarf seedless Valencia growing side by side in the same hole. I did this to extend the fruit forming period out of the same spot in the ground. It works out well, I did the same thing with a dwarf Emperor & dwarf Imperial Mandarin. Brain says... I second wazzamcg, Washington Navel does pretty good in Brisbane, so does Valencia. You can also consider Lane's late navel. I've found Lane's late navel to be superior tasting of the above 3. Also, if you juice your orange, then Valencia is a better bet. Navelina and Cara Cara Navel also grows ok, but I have not tasted any fruits from them yet. | About the Author Brain Brisbane 22nd July 2013 10:09am #UserID: 6289 Posts: 638 View All Brain's Edible Fruit Trees |
