sternus1 says... I guess a passionfruit vine might act as a corridor for arboreal snakes such as green tree snakes/carpet pythons on their way to safer shelter, but as for attracting them, that is just plain nonsense. Neither of these species are dangerous. Carpet snakes are nocturnal, so chances are you wouldn't ever see one, and a passionfruit vine wouldn't create anywhere near the kind of habitat that a tree snake would want to call home. Plant out your passionfruit vine and don't worry about the snakes. The lemongrass will do nothing other than create a space in which rats can live which will attract snakes. s | About the Author sternus1 Australia 25th February 2014 3:53pm #UserID: 8314 Posts: 1318 View All sternus1's Edible Fruit Trees |
