Quarantine (forum)

Thank you for your link to Tasmanian quarantine laws, however it does not answer my question which is this: Is Daley's Fruit Tree Nursery an "accredited source"? or do you prepare the plants when you post them (ie spray then pack in insect proof plastic)? Put more simply, will a plant posted from Daley's comply with Tasmanian Quarantine laws? Are there extra costs involved?
