jakfruit etiquette says... I dont know if you need council approval to remove a tree in every area, maybe if you are removing a Ficus Rubber Tree, you may need council to Rubber Stamp that??. If you need approval, you may be better to cut the tree down, or remove limbs instead of killing it with poison, you will end up with a standing dead tree.
