I'm wanting to plant some "strawberry grapevines" and was wondering if any one has some cuttings they could spare? I think they might originate from Italy where they are referred to as fragola. I'm in Perth, but please don't hold that against me. I enjoy this most helpful forum. Thank you.

Tony, I had one for years, but I lost it. I did pass it on to a friend, but he is gone now too. Sorry! So long ago I have no idea where I got it.

Hello Julie 1,
Many thanks for your posting. The search continues! I'll let you know when I track some down. I recall as a child my father grew some. I also recall they made rather nice jam. Thanks again. Tony

They had some at bulleen art and garden a few months back (Melbourne). Look like a backyard operation that produced them, rather than a big supplier.
