weird spidery thing on plum

Hi just thought it ask if anybody knows what this is?? it looks like a spider? has like 3 balls/eggs under it it been on my plum tree for months now

Shame the photos can't enlarge, it's kind of too small to actually see detail for a visual clue.
Although, spiders and I are not fans of each other at the best of times.

I guess with eggs like that it's a spider even though I can't really see it :). Hopefully one day soon all that effort she's put in will make lotsa babys of a spider that's probably pretty rare
