Zombie avocado tree

I’m trying to grow avocados in Adelaide. One of them is doing well, but the other is speaking to me and I can’t understand what’s happening. Almost all the leaves are like this and I am desperate, however it seems to be growing flowers! Is it dying? Is it alive? What should I do? Please help!

I'm not expert but I believe that could be a result of salt build up in your soil. Have you got these avocado plants in a pot? Unless an avocado plant is almost dead, it will flower as its their flowering period now.

The tree is under stress, either over-watered or more likely too dry. Dig down near the tree and check the condition of the soil.

I'd say, it's normal when avocado trees start flowering, when leaves wither and fall
