I actually tried that, but it didn't work. How long does the stem have to be? Because I got betel leaves and cut of its small stem, and planted that stem in a pot with good nutritional soil. But it didn't work, I attempted that many times...

Betel leaf - Don't know about australia...but here in Canada..I just got to the nearest India Pann Store and buy them there. Hey Tom if there is any Indian Bazzar in Australia...thats your best bet. Good luck...
