The Nagasakiwase often has 2 crops a year in the subtropics. The first crop in April / May then again in August. We have found by cincturing in summer, the August crop has a much larger crop and better fruit size.

Very slow growing. Has grown <10cm over a 2month period. Watered every few days. Full sun, approx 4 hours daily which it tolerates well. Multiple fertilisers used. Has been infected with black scale, treated with physical removal and neem oil.
