Bamboo - Gracilis

Fabulous. A healthy plant, much larger than I expected. Now, planted in a semi shade spot with healthy growth.

Bamboo - Gracilis

I have my Bamboo, which I bought from Daleys Fruit, currently growing in mostly shade, as I have some shady space and wanted to fill it with something that I can harvest for use around the garden (looking to harvest longer shoots for stakes/framing, so I don't have to rely solely on my fruit trees at pruning time only, which is once a year). They have not only adapted to their new environment (in 30cm pots in the shade) but are thriving at the moment! Cheers Daley's!

Bamboo - Gracilis

This bamboo does not like wet feet,I sat a large pot plant in a trough of water while I went on holidays and it dropped most of its leaves unlike my other varieties of bamboo.
