Rollinia - Picone

Very susceptible to root rot. I had one growing in a heavy clay soil that died within a few years. I have another in a spot that is virtually solid shale/mudstone. I had to crowbar my way through it. This rollinia is growing like mad. Its just luck.

Protect young plants from wind, with moveable shade cloth screen/wind break. Cover with plastic screen overnight and/or cold windy days in winter to create humidity and stop leaves from drying out. Check graft regularly can peal away
