Cherimoya - Sofia

I am guessing that mine is a Sofia as I just found out that I put a request when they are available at Daleys. So proud of it as it is finally bearing fruits. past 2 years flowers did not set even with hand (paintbrush) pollination.

I adore the fruits of most anonaceae family members. The taste is out of this world.Reportedly a good performer in S.A. Should be right in similar conditions too.

I love Custard Apple and hope that this will be just as nice. It had several flowers last year, but no male and female at the same time; I could not hand pollinate. Hopefully, the right combination will happen this year.
