Avocado A/B

Hi Brains Trust

I purchased an A & B Avocado Tree that I let grow in smaller pots. When they were big enough I transplanted them into these Macro Pots I made which would be there final home. As you can see in the photos one made it and one has died.

My Problem (and hence my question) is how can I tell now which one has died (the A or the B) or what might be easier is how can I tell if the one that still lives is the A or the B type ????

Cheers,
Arthur

The one alive doesn't look like hass or hass' descendents, unless you bought choquette/reed (still smaller than choquette's/reed's leaves).

Hi Julie, Macro Pots made from wire mesh and builders plastic. I got the idea off ABC Gardening Show with Ian Tolley (Mr Citrus) episode. Attached is a similar design that may help.

Sorry to jump in, Julie the could be similar to Tolley's Macropots,
designed by Ian Tolley for container Citrus.
Let me know if you can't find any details.
