Christianabs1 says... Hey Mike, This is the same Christian you sent some scions to a few weeks back. I haven’t had much luck with the scions you sent me this year. The Alphonso scions you gave me are still alive but have not sprouted. The other ones have produced leaves but seem to be dying. Have you got any advice that may help? Thanks Christian | About the Author Christianabs1 BEECHMONT,4211,QLD 18th February 2019 10:11pm #UserID: 17890 Posts: 11 View All Christianabs1's Edible Fruit Trees |
Mango Mike says... I don't graft this time of year due to the heat.....If you have had shoots but then died probably is too hot.... Do you water every day ??? Have you put the grafts inside a plastic bag tired up to keep up the humidity ???? If the wood is still green they will shoot at some stage..... I have had wood that has taken over 3 months to shoot whilst others have shot within a week.... If you have the wood in the plastic humidity & they shoot remove the plastic straight away......
