Bangkok starts with ... http://damaunursery.blogspot.com/2010/12/red-ivory-mango.html I 'm growing this one but didn't know it was so huge. It has huge leaves as well from 40 cm or more. Has anybody ever seen this mango? http://damaunursery.blogspot.com/2010/12/super-giant-lychee.html Or this lychee bigger then a chicken egg. | About the Author Bangkok thailand 1st September 2015 10:17pm #UserID: 11594 Posts: 370 View All Bangkok's Edible Fruit Trees |

Bangkok says... Sure Mike but i have not seen them yet. They are yours if i see them. Soon i will get sawasdee@protonmail.com but it isn't mine yet, i'm in the qeueu. Can Sternus send me your address or email? I grafted it on many tree's now and those are the biggest leaves i've ever seen. 40 cm or more and that's on scions who are just grafted. I like those names like "mango drop dead donkey" from Mexico or "fell dead dog". Maybe one fell on a dog/donkey and it died from that? But if i remember well i saw another vendor and he wrote 4.2 lbs, small difference though...mai ben rai (means who cares in thai ;) ) All those taiwanese variety's are here for 2 years now so i expect fruit soon on the markets. I found the pulasans by the way, cangkok means grafted and okulasi means budded (in bahasa indonesia). They will come my way but now i want more from Java, i think grafted keledang or marang as well. If you have more idea's then let me know. | About the Author Bangkok thailand 2nd September 2015 7:55pm #UserID: 11594 Posts: 370 View All Bangkok's Edible Fruit Trees |

Bangkok says... Mike i'm just curious, can you graft? And did those papaya-holland seeds ever sprout? I heard from others that they didn't sprout unfortunately. I can send you new ones from another supplyer if you like. I remember i had a yu-wen seed for you here for a while but i forgot if i did send it. I was trying to find more but didn't find any. | About the Author Bangkok thailand 3rd September 2015 9:32am #UserID: 11594 Posts: 370 View All Bangkok's Edible Fruit Trees |

Mike says... Sternus1... Lemon Zest has been planted out & is going great with new growth pushing last month re the hotter weather..... The Orange Sherbet has been re-potted & still a little bit small to plant out so I have placed in a hot house to give it a major burst for the next 3 months before I plant it out..... Should also be able to take some budwood then.... Regards..Mike | About the Author Mike Karrabin 3rd September 2015 5:51pm #UserID: 10195 Posts: 34 View All Mike's Edible Fruit Trees |
