Mulberry - White Shahtoot (Seedling) Fiona11's Edible FruitsUpdate: 2293 days 15hrs Comments: - Beautiful long pale green fruit, very vigorous grower and now over 2 metres tall. We have sandy soil, old cropping country and the soil is pretty gutless. The mulberries are holding their own at present. We do not live at the location and they really only get attention such as mulching and fertilizer twice a year. Lucky had summer rain over 2017 (this has helped). Planted March 2015 Planted: 2015 Height 2 metres Growing: In the Ground Qty: 1 Fruit Harvest: 10 Fruit Per Year First Fruited: 0.5 Years from purchase in pot Sun/Shade: Full Sun Water Given in: Winter Autumn and WinterWas this review helpful? Blueberry Burst 8/10Loves Fruit Trees's Edible FruitsUpdate: 3786 days 19hrs Comments: - I just love my new Blueberry plants. I bought 2 Blueberry Burst from Bunnings before I went interstate for a few days - I could not wait! When I heard they are evergreen and bred for Australian gardeners, I just had to try them. Deciding at prsesent which variety I will choose next. My BB is loaded with flowers, and I don't want to take them off - we should do that for the strength of the plant. I may leave berries on one of them and compare the plants. Not sure if I will use different potting mix for each. They will be growing in Pots. Planted: 2015 Growing: In a Pot Pollination: Self Pollination Fertiliser or Organics Used: SOILCHARGE Pest Control: ECO-OIL Question: Would you recommend trying Peatmoss and Garden Sand for one of these plants if I want to venture? Peatmoss for acid and moisture and Sand for draining. Blueberry likes moisure but not wet feet and I'm planting them in Pots. Was this review helpful?
