Carob Fruitbatty's Edible FruitsUpdate: 6122 days 2hrs Comments: - I'd love to have something exciting to report about the trees I bought last year. The best i can tell you is that they all survived the drought and heatwave Melbourne didn't enjoy last summer. The Lemon Myrtle is now 30 cms tall, and the Carob - on my nature strip - is managing to grow quietly with minimal attention. The Carob and Duffy Feijoa bought for a friend ended up staying in pots for over 6 months. That baby Carob flowered very prettily in its pot, producing dusty pink catkins, though fortunately no fruit. Planted: 2008 Height 50 Centimetres Growing: In the Ground Was this review helpful?
