It took about three years to start fruiting but now we get about a bucket full of nuts each year and it is largley left to fend for itself. It has survived 2 wet cold winters. It has not produced any nuts yet, it's still very young. I give it seasol twice a year, spinkle cow manure once a year and have also spinkled some slow release fertilizer.
