Banana - Williams

Fruits are produces in large bunches and are sweet and delicious. This banana is both wind resistant and cold hardy. The Williams is the same same cultivar as the Giant Cavendish banana. It originated from a mutation of the Dwarf Cavendish banana which was found in Queensland, Australia. Prefers a climate with temperatures above 18 degrees.

Cardamon ginger is a leafy ginger-like plant that grows in clumps and makes an excellent low screen, it adds a tropical feel to any garden. While the seeds don't resemble true cardamon the leaves can be used in desserts, to add flavour when steaming rice or used to wrap fish.
